We learn lessons throughout our lives that are with us for a lifetime that seem to benefit us from entering into pitfalls.  It is without a doubt that we are missing the practical wisdom that existed years ago.  This book is written to share with the reader the lessons that a young man learned along the way that has made him to be a better leader.  This book is written to strengthen leaders, guide young men into ministry, and teach us the importance of mentorship.
